Tulane University, Bachelor of Arts, Latin American Studies
University of Pittsburgh, Masters of Public and International Affairs
I was fortunate enough to have been born and raised in Mexico, so from a very early age I developed a deep love and passion for Spanish and Latin America. My first job out of college was as a teacher and I dedicated myself to that career for over a decade. After moving to Houston, I spent years in the private sector, but as a colleague of mine once said, "Once a teacher, always a teacher!" I am very pleased and proud to be teaching at St. Theresa's and am blessed to be surrounded by dedicated and passionate educators who seek to develop the best in all the children who come through the doors.
