Katie Faler

Bachelor of the Arts in Theater with an Emphasis on Performance and a Minor in History, Lynchburg College.

I began working with children when I was 10 assisting with Summer Dance Camps at West University Dance Centre.  During high school, I continue working with elementary school children at Garden Oaks Elementary After-School program.  Upon graduation from college, opportunities arose that allowed me to become a teacher.  I enjoy working with children, assisting them as they learn, and hopefully make an impact in their lives.  Watching them accomplish even the smallest task is very rewarding.  My students make me a better person and I appreciate St. Theresa’s for giving me the chance to grow as a teacher.  St. Theresa’s School has been a very welcoming and friendly community and I am glad to be part of the school.
