Rubi Avila

Hello St. Theresa family! I’ve been working with kids for over 13 years and I love it! I am a graduate of University of Houston with a major in Art and minor in Spanish.  

I was born in Oaxaca, Mexico, but was raised in Houston for most of my life. I love going to Mexico every now and then, and exploring all the beauty of my culture. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my foster dogs and volunteering at The Ronald McDonald House.
