My name is Sarah Michael, and I am so excited to join the St. Theresa community! I grew up in Houston, and attended St. Agnes Academy for high school until I moved to San Marcos, Texas to attend Texas State University where I received my Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education with a specialization in English as a Second Language. After graduating, I moved back to Houston and worked as a kindergarten teacher at Thornwood Elementary School for the last two years. Coming from this background has given me a strong foundation to begin my journey with St. Theresa. As an educator, I believe every child walking in my room has a right to feel seen and heard, and be given the best opportunity to support their needs. I look forward to working with y'all in this upcoming school year!
